The building comprises of Basement, Ground Floor Foyer Entrance and Restaurant, Mezzanine Offices, Level 1 Restaurants and Meeting Room, Levels 2-16 Rooms and Level 17 & 18 Plant and Lift Motor Room.

The Works comprise the supply, delivery, installation, commissioning, testing, defects warranty/liability and maintenance of the fire protection services within the hotel.

The services provided include:

• Hydrant and Hose Reel System
• Portable fire extinguishers and all associated equipment General Testing and commissioning of the Fire Protection Services
• Testing and commissioning of all components and the complete systems in accordance with relevant Standards
  
• Installation, Operation, Maintenance manuals, drawings and As Constructed Manual
• Supply and install a complete automatic sprinkler system
• Smoke detection and alarm system including point type detection, Fire Indicator Panel (FIP) and all associated equipment.
• Building Occupant Warning System
